Originally a one story house built in the 40's, we put on the second story, re sheathed the house with plywood, Installed all new windows & doors, installed all new hardee board siding, and of course a new roof with Capstone shingles.

For this old home in Melbourne, we installed all new truss straps to current code, then installed a new roof, soffit & fascia, gable siding, and updated the entry.
